¶1Order granting leave to commence and maintain action to recover part of mortgage debt affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. We do not determine that the amount for which the property was bid in was its value. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Kapper, Seudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
