¶2In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Johnson, case No. 4-08-0244 (07/21/09). The appellate court is instructed to reconsider its decision in light of People v. Miller,238 Ill.2d 161, 345 Ill.Dec. 59, 938 N.E.2d 498 (2010), to determine whether a different result is warranted.
