Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals · decided 1956-12-11

2 counsel of record

Relies on United State v. Morgan · Laskey Bros. of West Virginia, Inc. v. Warner Bros. Pictures, Inc. · Parsell v. United States

Opinion by (per_curiam) · Decided 1956-12-11

¶1*167Preston Pope Reynolds, Dallas, for appellant.

¶2John A. Wild, Asst. Atty. Gen., State of Texas, for appellee.

¶3Before HUTCHESON, Chief Judge, and JONES and BROWN, Circuit Judges.

¶4PER CURIAM.

¶5Appealing from an order1 of the district court dismissing, for want of jurisdiction, his “petition for writ of Coram Nobis”, appellant is here insisting that the order was erroneously entered and should be set aside.

¶6We do not think so. We are of the opinion, on the contrary, that the order was correctly entered and should be affirmed.
