¶1Appellant in pro per filed his notice of appeal on April 7, 1970. The order appealed was rendered on February 27, 1970.
¶2The notice of appeal not having been filed within thirty (30) days from February 27, 1970, this appeal is dismissed ex mero motu. Florida Appellate Rule 6.2, 32 F.S.A.
