¶1 This appellant was indicted, tried, and convicted for the offense of false pretense (felony), and was sentenced to an indeterminate term of imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not less than nine years and. not more than ten years. The appeal here is predicated upon the record proper; there being no bill of exceptions.
¶2 As the law requires, we have examined the record for error; finding no error, the judgment of conviction from which this appeal was taken will stand affirmed.
¶3 Affirmed.
