¶1I think the evidence was sufficient not only to take the case to the jury, but to warrant a verdict for plaintiff. That was undoubtedly the view of the trial court else it would not have made a general order in granting a new trial. *44

¶2The trial court entered a general order granting a new trial. In my opinion under our decisions this order should be affirmed.

¶3I therefore dissent.
