¶1The foregoing opinion of BOYER, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court. The judgment is reversed, except as to the allowance of attorney's fee and suit money, and the cause remanded with direction to dismiss plaintiff's petition, reinstate defendant's cross petition, and grant him a decree of divorce.
