Sands v. State

¶1Conviction is for murder. Punishment is 10 years’ confinement in the penitentiary. Appellant has filed his personal affidavit with the clerk of this court, requesting permission to withdraw his appeal. The affidavit being in proper form, the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed upon said affidavit.
