¶1Upon consideration, appellant's motion to grant appellant's amended notice of appeal and add Electrical Service Group Inc. as additional appellant is hereby denied.
¶2Following review of the response, it is ordered that appellees Robert A. Hingston, Esq. and Welbaum Guernsey's motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed.
