¶1Plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict for $500. Proven expenses exceeded $250. The trial court set aside the verdict as inadequate. Order unanimously affirmed, with costs. Present — Hill, P. J., McNamee, Crapser, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ.
