¶1Judgments of the district court and the Court of Civil Appeals both reversed, and judgment rendered for defendant in error against John. Barton Payne, Director General of Railways, for $525, with interest from the date of the judgment in the' district court at 6 per cent, per annum, and costs of the district court only.
