¶1The conviction is for the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of 2 years. No statement of facts is furnished, and no bills of exception presented, and we discern no fundamental flaws in the procedure. The judgment is affirmed.
