¶1Appellant was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated and the jury assessed the penalty at a fine of $50.00.
¶2The proceedings appear regular in every respect. The record contains neither a statement of facts nor bill of exception. Nothing is presented for our consideration.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
