¶1Action to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck, while crossing a city street, by an automobile owned by one defendant and operated by the other. Appeal from judgment in favor of defendants, entered on the verdict of a jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
