¶1Both parties have alleged or admitted that both appeals are moot and have moved for dismissal of the appeals. In accordance with Rule VII, Section 3 of the Uniform Rules — Courts of Appeal, (LSA-R.S. volume 8, page 391), both appeals are dismissed. Costs of this appeal are assessed one-half to each party.
