Brundage v. State

¶1Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above styled appeal is hereby dismissed as untimely since the order appealed was rendered on August 1, 2017, and the notice of appeal was not filed until October 3, 2017. This dismissal is without prejudice to appellant's right to file a petition for a writ of habeas corpus seeking belated appeal, if appropriate.
