¶1Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above referenced proceedings are hereby consolidated for all appellate purposes under case no. 3D17-2350.
¶2Following review of the petition for writ of certiorari under case no. 3D17-2350, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.
¶3The appeal under case no. 3D17-2410 shall be treated as a petition for writ of prohibition, and it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.
