¶1Appellant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of possession of whisky for the purpose of sale in a dry area, and upon conviction, his punishment was -assessed at a fine of $750.00.
¶2The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception. Therefore, no question is presented for review.
¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
