DAVIDSON, Commissioner.

¶1This is a conviction as an habitual offender, with punishment assessed at life imprisonment in the penitentiary, as provided by Art. 63, P.C., the primary offense charged being that of burglary.

¶2No statement of facts or bills of exception accompany the record. Nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
