¶1Action to set aside two judgments and to retransfer to plaintiff certain shares of stock in two corporations. Judgment dismissing complaint, pursuant to an order granting motion for judgment on the pleadings, unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
