¶1concurring: I concur in the result on the ground that the dismissal of plaintiff’s appeal leaves the judgment below in force precisely as entered.
¶2The findings and judgment below effectively and correctly dispose of all the issues raised by the pleadings. My vote is to uphold the proceedings below and affirm the judgment.
