DAVIDSON, Commissioner.

¶1This appeal is from a conviction for felony theft, with punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for two years.

¶2No sentence accompanies the record. A sentence is necessary in ordinary felony cases to the jurisdiction of this court. Garbs v. State, Tex.Cr.App., 234 S.W.2d 869.

¶3The appeal is dismissed.
