247 N.C. 272

State v. Williams

Supreme Court of North Carolina

Decided November 27, 1957

Supreme Court of North Carolina · decided 1957-11-27

Relies on State v. Griffin

Decided 1957-11-27

Per Curiam.

¶1G.S. 14-177 includes the particular act of perversion charged in the bill of indictment. S. v. Griffin, 175 N.C. 767, 94 S.E. 678. Plenary evidence supports the charge. It would serve no needful purpose to discuss the unnatural and depraved conduct to which the evidence relates.

¶2Each of defendant’s assignments of error has been carefully considered. None discloses error of law affording a sufficient basis for the award of a new trial.

¶3No error.
