¶2It seems to me that back of this case is a political controversy, and in such matters I think public good demands that they be discussed freely. Of course, the discussion should be honest. Viewed in this light, it occurs to me that the words used do not go beyond the bounds of proper political debate and discussion and are, therefore, not actionable. I vote to affirm.
