DAVIDSON, Commissioner.

¶1Appellant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of violating the liquor laws in Lamar County, and his punishment was assessed at a fine of $350 and confinement in the county jail for sixty days.

¶2The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception, in the absence of which nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

¶4Opinion approved by the Court.
