¶1In re: Mrs. Nancy Ann Stone Crowe applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Rapides. 184 So.2d 762.

¶2Writ refused. We find no error of law in the judgment of the Court of Appeal.

McCALEB, J., concurs in view of the refusal of certiorari (see 247 La. 718, 174 So.2d 131) in Succession of Jones, La.App., 172 So.2d 312, which he considers indistinguishable.
