249 La. 622

State v. Silas

Supreme Court of Louisiana

Decided September 15, 1966

Supreme Court of Louisiana · decided 1966-09-15

Decided 1966-09-15

¶1In re: Jeron J. LaFargue applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and review.

¶2Writ refused. The application is premature. Until the trial court has had an opportunity to cither grant or deny the motion of counsel to be relieved of his appointment, this court will not consider the matter. If the trial court should refuse to try the motion (no such showing having been made), application to this court for appropriate relief would then be proper.
