MORRISON, Judge.

¶1The offense is burglary; the punishment, 5 years.

¶2No statement of facts and no bills of exception appear in the record.

¶3Our State’s Attorney calls our attention to the fact that the word evidently intended to be “deprive” appears in the indictment spelled • “drprive”.

¶4We do not think this affects the meaning of the indictment or in any way misleads the appellant.

¶5Judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
