¶1Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the former County Court, Kings County, rendered August 12, 1960 after a jury trial, convicting him of murder in the second degree, and imposing sentence upon him as a second felony offender. Judgment affirmed (Code Crim. Pro., § 542).
