¶3I think this will void under the Acts of 1801 and 1818. My reasons for this opinion, are to be found fully stated in Sanders vs. Ward, (Atlanta, Mar. 1858,) and in Adams vs. Bass, 18 Ga. 147. To repeat them here is therefore unnecessary.
