Smith v. State

Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas

Decided March 12, 1930

Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas · decided 1930-03-12

Decided 1930-03-12

HAWKINS, J.

¶1Conviction is for murder; punishment being two years in the penitentiary.

¶2There appears to have been no question regarding the admission or rejection of evidence upon the trial; if so, no complaint is brought forward. The instructions to the jury seem to have been unobjectionable. We have examined the statement of facts, and the verdict is supported thereby.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
