<bold>[1] Industrial Insurance — Course of Employment — To and From</bold> <bold>Jobsite — Obligation of Employer — Compensation.</bold> An employee is within the course of his employment for workers' compensation purposes while traveling to and from his jobsite in his own vehicle when his employer is obligated to either furnish such transportation or to compensate employees for furnishing their own transportation. <bold>[2] Industrial Insurance — Statutory Provisions — Construction.</bold> The workers' compensation act (RCW Title 51) is to be liberally construed with ambiguities resolved in favor of beneficiaries under the act.

<bold>[1] Forgery — Elements — False Making.</bold> A person who submits a genuine writing executed with a true signature cannot be convicted of forgery, even if the writing contains false or fraudulent representations. <bold>[2] Trial — Instructions — Theory of Case.</bold> A trial court's instructions are adequate if they permit each party to argue his theory of the case. <bold>[3] Evidence — Best Evidence — Summary of Records — Test.</bold> A summary of documentary evidence is admissible if the jury's convenience would be served thereby and the source documents would be admissible. <bold>[4] Evidence — Relevancy — Determination — Discretion of Court.</bold> Whether particular evidence is relevant is a matter addressed to the discretion of the trial court.
