¶1—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (DeRiggi, J.), rendered January 31, 1996, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
¶2Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
¶3The defendant’s sentence was not excessive (see, People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80).
¶4The defendant’s remaining contention is without merit. Rosenblatt, J. P., Sullivan, Joy, Altman and Luciano, JJ., concur.
