¶1In re: The Associated Press applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Caddo. 191 So.2d 727.

¶2Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, we find no error of law in its judgment.

HAWTHORNE, J., is of the view that the application should be granted for a consideration of assignment of error number ten (10) — that is whether Art. 74 of the Code of Civil Procedure is constitutional as applied in this case.
