¶1The defendant’s petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 55 Conn. App. 258 (AC 17529), is denied.

BERDON, J.,

I would grant the defendant’s petition for certification to appeal on the following issue: (1) Did the state’s closing argument constitute prosecutorial misconduct; and (2) If the answer to question one is in the affirmative, did the defendant waive his right because he failed to object at trial?

¶3SULLIVAN, J., did not participate in the consideration or decision of this petition.
