“Before an equitable estoppel may be applied, the party asserting estoppel must have relied to his detriment or prejudice upon the representations, acts or conduct of the one against whom estoppel is invoked. Bowlin v. Keifer, 246 Ark. 693 , 440 S.W.2d 232 .
