¶1This personal injury case arose out of a three-car collision. The plaintiff recovered against one defendant and lost as to the other. A review of the evidence and the applicable law reveals that it was a jury question whether the successful defendant was guilty of negligence contributing to plaintiff’s injuries. We find no reversible error in submitting the case to the jury or in the instructions.
