¶1In re: George Mailhos applying for writs of prohibition, mandamus and certiorari.
¶2The application is denied. It is not our •understanding that the jurisprudence of the United States Supreme Court has been extended to cases of this nature. Hence the trial judge correctly denied the application for habeas corpus.
