¶1While we believe the punishment was unduly harsh in this case, we find no legal ground for disturbing the determination. Determination unanimously confirmed, with fifty dollars costs and disbursements. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Townley, Dore and Callahan, JJ.
