¶1This is an appeal from an order denying without evidentiary hearing a Rule 3.850, RCrP, 33 F.S.A., motion to vacate. Based on our review of the record and briefs, we hold that the allegations in the motion were insufficient to warrant an evidentiary hearing and, therefore, affirm the order on appeal.
