256 S.W.2d 91

Osborn v. State

Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas

Decided February 4, 1953

Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas · decided 1953-02-04

Relies on Stinson v. State

Decided 1953-02-04

WOODLEY, Judge.

¶1The conviction is for embezzlement of Twenty-Five Dollars; the punishment, one day in jail and a fine of $25.

¶2The facts are practically identical with those in Osborn v. State, Tex.Cr.App., 256 S.W.2d 89, except that here the $25 was received by appellant from Adolph Gonzales and appropriated to his own use.

¶3The evidence sustains the conviction and no reversible error appears.

¶4The judgment is affirmed.
