¶1In an action for damages for alleged breach of an agreement of settlement, plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his complaint on the merits at the close of plaintiff’s case. Judgment, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Taylor and Close, JJ.
