¶2I concur specially because I cannot distinguish trial court’s factual basis inquiry from that in Ryan v. Iowa State Penitentiary, Ft. Madison, 218 N.W.2d 616 (Iowa 1974), as the majority does in division II of its opinion. However, I agree this record adequately discloses trial court relied on an examination of the indictment and minutes of testimony.
