¶1(dissenting in part) :

¶2For the reasons set forth in my dissenting opinion in the contemporary case of State v. Greuling, S. C., 186 S. E. (2d) 706, I would vacate the conviction and sentence for conspiracy as being in violation of Article I, Section 17 of the South Carolina Constitution.
