¶1Conviction is for the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary. There is no statement of facts in the record, and no bills of exception complaining of any act or thing occurring during the trial. The indictment appears to be regular, and we perceive nothing demanding a reversal. The judgment is affirmed.
