Ross v. Miller

¶1In an action by the trustee in bankruptcy to set aside as fraudulent the transfer of shares of stock, judgment was rendered in favor of defendants after trial by the court without a jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present—'Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston and Close, JJ.; Adel, J., not voting.
