Crane, J.

¶1 (concurring). I concur in the result on the ground that the mortgagees were put on notice by the form of the deed which came into the possession of their agent.

¶2 Cardozo, Ch. J., Pound, Lehman, O’Brien and Hubbs, JJ., concur with Kellogg, J.; Crane, J., concurs in result in memorandum.

¶3 Judgment affirmed.
