¶1Judgment of conviction and order reversed on the facts and a new trial granted on the ground that on this record defendant’s guilt is not established beyond a reasonable doubt. All concur. (The judgment convicts defendant of the crime of rape, first degree. The order denies a motion for a new trial.) Present — Crosby, P. J., Cunningham, Taylor, Dowling and MeCurn, JJ.
