¶1dissents: From the observations of the distinguished author of the majority opinion, I do not believe that the “Per Curiam” denying this rehearing represents the view of a 'majority of this court. For this reason, as well as those set down in my original dissent, I respectfully enter this additional dissent from this “Per Curiam”.
