Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas · decided 1924-03-05

Decided 1924-03-05

LATTIMORE, J.

¶1Appellant was convicted in the county court at law of Tarrant county of unlawfully carrying a pistol, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $100. The information correctly set forth the charge, and, there being no statement of facts or bills of exception in the record, an affirmance must be ordered.
